Terms & Conditions


  • Course Payments must be made in full on the 1st of each month as agreed when setting up monthly subscriptions and before your child attends their first session. You can cancel your place at anytime, but four weeks notice is to be given when wanting to leave and you will be given a final figure of any outstanding monies due to be paid at the time of notice given.
  • Unpaid Fees will result in your child not being allowed to train in their session
  • Funtime Activities Sports Ltd or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury whilst taking part in our sessions
  • Funtime Activities Sports Ltd reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying continued disruptive behaviour
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration keeping us up-to-date with any change
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for our marketing use or Star of the Day rewards and keep us up-to-date should this change
  • We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances or illness unless a valid doctors note is provided
  • Funtime Activities Sports Ltd reserve the right to cancel a session at short notice if we deem the weather, venue or any other factor. Alternative make-up sessions will be offered no refunds will be given.
  • If your child's session lands on a scheduled bank holiday an alternative training day will be offered no refunds will be offered for these days.
  • We will keep you up-to-date with our Funtime Activity programme via email each term.
