Terms & Conditions


Course Payments

All course fees must be paid in full on the 1st of each month, as agreed at the time of setting up a monthly subscription, and prior to your child attending their first session. Cancellations may be made at any time and a minimum of four weeks’ written notice is required. Upon receipt of notice, a final balance of any outstanding fees will be calculated and must be settled in full.

Unpaid Fees

Any unpaid fees will result in your child being unable to participate in sessions until all outstanding amounts have been cleared.

Liability and Personal Property

Funtime Activities Sports Ltd and its staff accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, or for any injury sustained while participating in our sessions. All unclaimed lost property will be donated to local charities every two weeks.

Behaviour and Conduct

Funtime Activities Sports Ltd reserves the right to remove, without refund, any participant found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying continued disruptive behaviour that affects the safety or enjoyment of others.

Medical Information and SEND

All medical conditions must be declared at the time of registration and kept up to date. Where a child requires SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) support, parents/guardians must provide relevant information by email prior to the child attending any session.

Photography and Marketing Consent

Parents/guardians must inform us at registration if they do not consent to their child being photographed for marketing purposes. Any changes to consent must be communicated in writing.

Missed Sessions and Refunds

Refunds are not issued for missed sessions due to personal circumstances or illness, unless a valid doctor’s note is provided.

Session Cancellations by the Company

Funtime Activities Sports Ltd reserves the right to cancel sessions at short notice where weather conditions, venue issues, or other unforeseen factors make it necessary. Where possible, alternative make-up sessions will be offered. No refunds will be issued.

Bank Holidays

If a scheduled session falls on a bank holiday, an alternative training day will be offered. No refunds will be provided for sessions affected by bank holidays.

Programme Updates and Communications

Parents/guardians will be kept informed of the Funtime Activities programme and any updates via email each term and/or through our social media platforms.
